Responsibilities:
Inventory Supervisor Floor Supervisor Dispensary Host/Hostess Lead Host/Hostess Overview:
Assist the Store Manager in the daily operation and management of the retail location.
Provide support to the store's activities and operations through enforcement of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor employee actions, handle customer service issues, and act as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent.
Analyze customer behavior, consumer trends, and product positioning to assist in making informed purchasing decisions.
Perform new-hire orientations and ensure the continued education of current staff.
Ensure that customer relations are maintained by handling significant customer service issues or complaints.
Essential Functions:
Establish and constantly analyze par levels of store inventory.
Execute purchase requisitions to ensure the store is stocked to meet set par levels Research popular products and utilize information to keep retail inventory relevant Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager Supervise the activities of assigned staff for the retail location during their shift Assist in the implementation and enforcement of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives Assist the Retail Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers Assist in quality control efforts regarding approval, salvage, and/or destruction of all medicated products at the retail location Analyze consumer behaviors and adjust product positioning accordingly Monitor sales numbers and trends to assist in making informed purchasing decisions Report employee issues or situations to Retail Manager Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day's predicted transaction volume Assign work and monitor resulting performance Display comprehensive knowledge of employment law Assist in the annual Performance Review process Monitor staff punctuality and attendance Participate in employee disciplinary matters Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, and complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ability to understand and complete all given directives in a timely manner.
Basic understanding of compliance software and job-specific information technology.
Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations.
Capacity to work autonomously to achieve daily directives and department goals.
Flexible work schedule required; to include covering a vacant shift and/or facility issues in emergency situations as needed.
Observe and maintain all safety procedures and protocols.

Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, governmental agencies, community members, and the public.
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment, and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and electronic mail.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must pass all required background checks Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Minimum Education and
Experience:
Previous retail supervision preferred Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, sitting, bending, twisting and repetitive motions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) Must be able to tolerate dusty, strong-smelling marijuana odors and exposure to the product.
